The philosophy at our restaurants is simple: Everyone who walks through our doors is either already a friend, or will be.

By embracing that, we know that every guest will have exceptional service, outstanding food. Our aim is to create original, beautifully crafted food that is inspired by nature, intensity and purity. These four elements inform my approach to cooking.

From field to fork, our food philosophy runs through every dish we create. Wherever we can, we use best ingredients to make simple foods.

We believe that gathering around the table and sharing good food and drink is what connects
us as family, friends and a community. It’s the essence of “Food Community.”

We like to take taste profiles and food traditions from the world over and integrate them into
modern dishes. Exploring these traditions became a great passion of us when we started to
explore our own family recipes, which are often included in the daily menu.

We draw upon a diverse range of rare, almost-forgotten vegetable, fruit and grain varieties for
their distinctive aromas and valuable nutrients.

Our head Chef Larry Davis creates seasonal dishes that reflect the restaurant’s modern philosophy.Within our amazing menus we use the freshest seasonal ingredients, yet we prepare these in interesting ways using modern techniques and cooking methods. We like to combine contrasting ingredients that speak for themselves and thenpresent these in well executed forms. During his reign as Head Chef , the restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes. He is quietly proud to be one of the head chefs in the US to have achieved this.
